How can I return an item?

Please note: Our free returns policy is only valid within the first 7 days of you receiving your order. This does not impact on your statutory rights.
If you would like to return something please pop an e-mail to our customer service team at customerservice@ohhdeer.com making a note of your order number, your details and whether you would like a refund or exchange with any feedback on the reason for return.

Please note, refunds and exchanges are only issued for unused or faulty items returned to us within 30 days and we’re unable to issue any request if you have not emailed the customer service team prior to sending items back.

Should your goods arrive damaged, Please include photographic evidence with your email. This will help speed up the process.

Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with our returns policy and any further insturctions we feel you may require.

Are any items excluded from being returned?

Due to hygiene reasons earrings are excluded from our returns policy, we are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at Ohh Deer.
