OUR FREE RETURNS POLICY IS ONLY VALID FOR OUR UK CUSTOMERS AND GOODS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. THIS DOES NOT IMPACT ON YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS EARRINGS ARE EXCLUDED FROM OUR RETURNS POLICY, WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ANY EARRINGS PURCHASED AT OHH DEER. 

UNFORTUNATELY THIS DOES OCCASIONALLY HAPPEN, BUT WE'RE TRYING TO ENSURE THAT STOCK DISCREPANCIES REPORTED ARE MINIMAL. HOWEVER, SHOULD THIS HAPPEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL BE IN CONTACT TO OFFER A REPLACEMENT IF ONE IS AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY SEND YOU A REFUND FOR THE COST OF THAT ITEM AND DISPATCH THE REST OF THE ORDER PROMPTLY.
