RETURNING TO STORE

If you would like to return an item purchased in one of our two stores, these must be returned to the same store in its original packaging and resalable condition. you will require the receipt as proof of purchase to obtain a refund for store credit note.

RETURNING AN ONLINE PURCHASE

Our free returns policy is only valid for our UK customers and goods must be sent back within the first 7 days of you receiving your order. This does not impact on your statutory rights.

If you would like to return something please pop an e-mail to our customer service team at customerservice@ohhdeer.com. Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with our returns policy and instructions you will need to follow to return your order for a refund or exchange.

 

ARE ANY ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM BEING RETURNED?

Due to hygiene reasons earrings are excluded from our returns policy, we are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at Ohh Deer.
