I’M MISSING ITEM’S FROM MY ORDER

SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE ‘DROPSHIPPED’ WHICH MEAN THEY ARE PRINTED TO ORDER AND DISPATCHED FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION, THE ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCT ORDERS IS NORMALLY AROUND 2-10 WORKING DAYS. I’VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM
