Are there any items excluded from being returned?

Due to hygiene regulations, earrings are excluded from our returns policy. We are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at Ohh Deer.

Also, due to the nature of our custom cushions, we are unable to offer our usual returns policy on these products: if you later change your mind or otherwise decide to return it through no fault of Ohh Deer.
