Do you need to make a change to an order placed?
We aren’t unable to add items to an order once it has been placed, but if you make a new order within 1 hour and then contact us at [email protected], we’ll do our best to look into reducing the shipping cost and combining these orders for you. Please ensure you include order numbers within your email to assist the customer service team with prompt action.
Do you need to change your delivery address?
It is your responsibility to ensure the information provided on the order is accurate, to prevent problems occurring once the order has dispatched. Once the order has successfully been placed you will receive a confirmation email, detailing all items ordered, delivery service and delivery address. If you should notice the delivery address is incorrect in any way, you must advise us immediately, so we can do our best to rectify this for you before goods are dispatched.
Failure to do so may result in goods being returned to sender and we would be unable to rectify until the consignment has been received back to our warehouse causing a significant delay. Unfortunately, depending on the error made on the address information and destination, it can vary on the time for goods to be returned to the sender.
Do you need to cancel your order?
If you wish to cancel your order after being placed, you will need to contact us within 1 hour after receiving your confirmation email. However, we can’t guarantee this will always be possible due to our quick turnaround. If your order is already in ‘processing’ or ‘dispatched’ status, you will need to see our ‘returns/exchange’ policy which can be followed once the order has been received. Please note our office hours are Monday – Friday, so communication over the weekend will be responded to ASAP.
