We've extended our returns policy to 90 days for the time being.

Due to safety measures advised by the government, most of our staff are working from home for their safety. We are therefore, unable to process returns within the normal time frame. Once the restrictions have been lifted, we hope to be able to return and process these immediately for you. We really appreciate your understanding and patience at this uncertain time.


  • All items being returned for a refund or exchange must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition. 
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels


Our free returns policy is only valid for our UK customers and goods must be sent back within the first 7 days of you receiving your order, to receive a refund for the return postage. This does not impact on your statutory rights and goods can be returned within the standard 30 days if you should change your mind. However, returns after the first 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for free returns and will therefore not be reimbursed any postage you have paid to do so. If you would like to return something, please simply follow the instructions below or If you require further assistance with the process you can contact our service team at [email protected]

  1. Download the returns policy.
  2. Print off Returns note and complete as accurately as possible.
  3. Place the returns note within the order being returned.
  4. Post this first-class only with proof of postage, we are unable to reimburse postage fees for any other services. 

Products excluded from our returns policy

Due to hygiene regulations, earrings are excluded from our returns policy. We are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at Ohh Deer.

Also, due to the nature of our custom cushions (including Pillow Fight submissions), we are unable to offer our usual returns policy on these products: if you later change your mind or otherwise decide to return it through no fault of Ohh Deer we are unable to offer a refund. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, or provide a refund, for personalised goods unless the product is faulty.
