When will I get my Cushion?

Our custom cushions take around 5 days to produce and are currently drop-shipped meaning they might not arrive with the rest of your order.

If you’ve ordered a custom cushion as well as other Ohh Deer items, your delivery will be split. You can choose your shipping options at checkout and you can expect the first half of your order within the timeframe stated at cart (+ our handling time).

Cushions are sent separately: for UK customers this will be via FedEx next day, so you should receive your cushion between 6-10 days after your order is placed. During peak periods production can extend, but if your cushion takes over 30 days to arrive, please get in touch with our customer service team.

For international customers, we have the cushions sent back to us before sending; therefore, the service may vary depending on your location. What artwork can I upload?

We ask that you keep it clean and don’t use artwork that you don’t own. You can find details by heading to our user conduct FAQ.

Is my cushion going to be blurry?

Our cushion creator should be the best representation of your artwork. However, for optimum results, your image should be 2775 x 2775px at 150DPI. If you’re using a photo taken on mobile, you may find that the auto-scaling of our cushion creator means your image will appear to be low res. Keep an eye on the coloured box when ordering, this will alert you if your image resolution is low. We’ve tested images of varying resolution and the quality has been good in each case, however, we can’t guarantee you will experience the same results on low-resolution images. Therefore, we'd advise taking another photo or checking your file size/DPI. Custom products are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.

What size image should I upload?

For those with creative know-how, our cushions are best created with artwork that is 2775 x 2775px at 150DPI.

When we print our cushions, we translate the RGB colour profile to CMYK. This may affect the appearance of certain colours, most notably the saturation.

What’s the difference between With and Without Insert?

Very much as it sounds, ‘With Insert’ means you will receive your cushion with a fibre insert so that you’re ready to cuddle up and relax straight away. Whereas cushions purchased ‘Without Insert’ are just the cushion sleeve (you will need to use your own cushion insert).

Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with my cushion?

Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature of our custom cushions, they are exempt from our returns policy and are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights, if your cushion arrives damaged, please contact a member of our customer service team.
