COVID-19 update:

At present our processing time is the normal 1-3 working days.

Once your order has successfully been placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. Our warehouse will then process your order, our current processing time is 1-3 working days. Your delivery service chosen i.e transit time, will not start until you have received your dispatch notification email, to advise the order is on it's way.

Due to Coronavirus, we are being advised to expect delays with Royal Mail and DPD for UK customers. Our courier partners have also advised that there may be delays to all international shipments. These are factors which are beyond our control and we therefore appreciate your patience during this time.

Dropshipped Products

Some of our products are drop shipped, which means there can be an additional processing time of around 5-10 working days to orders. If you’ve ordered other items that are none-drop shipped, these will be dispatched separately to the rest of your order in line with our processing time above.

If you’re creating a custom product, the lead time of this can be between 3-7 days for production. You will be notified once your order is dispatched and this will arrive separately to any other items ordered from Ohh Deer in the same transaction.

Tracking Your Order

We use a variety of different postal and courier services depending on the size/value/weight and delivery destination of an order. You will be notified once your order has successfully been dispatched and, if tracking is applicable, this will be included within the email.

As the tracking format can change depending on the courier used, some examples are listed below:
