Ohh Deer’s operational hours are Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days from when placed. However, during peak seasons this may vary slightly but you will be advised accordingly if we pre-empt a processing delay.
Once your order has successfully been dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive an email notification to inform you. This will also include tracking details if applicable. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination and the service selected.
We do everything in our power to ensure delivery times advised are met. However, occasionally transit times will be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any import duties and taxes which might be applied to the order at customs. Unfortunately, none of our shipping rates will cover this as the amount can vary on the products ordered and the final delivery destination.
Some of our products are dropshipped, which means there can be an additional processing time of around 2-5 working days to orders. If you’ve ordered other items that are none-dropshipped, these will be dispatched separately to the rest of your order in line with our processing time above.
Our newest dropshipped addition is personalised jewellery from Posh Totty. This has a processing time of approximately 8 working days with the supplier. There is more information about this directly on the product description and if ordered alongside other products from the website, you will find these will arrive separately.
If you’re creating a custom product, the lead time of this can be between 3-7 days for production. You will be notified once your order is dispatched and this will arrive separately to any other items ordered from Ohh Deer in the same transaction.
