How do I place an order?

If you’re a new customer, you can register with us (this takes less than 15 seconds!) or continue as a guest. If you’re a returning customer, you should first enter your login details. If you already have an account and it’s your first time logging in, you will be asked to update your details with us in ‘My Addresses’. You will need to enter your delivery and billing address details (please ensure billing details match your card details if using a credit or debit card) or you can check out using PayPal.

Please review your order details before completing an order. If you want to make any last-minute changes, you can click “edit your cart”. Once you’re happy, click “place order” and you’ll receive a confirmation email message containing the details of your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need to register to place an order – you can simply sign in as a guest. However, registering with Ohh Deer is free and will provide you with all our latest news, offers and exclusive discounts through our newsletter.


Official Ohh Deer promotional codes entitle you to an offer on your order placed on only. This does not include our subscription boxes Papergang or Artful.

Some of our promotions do require you to enter the code at the checkout stage of the order, however, some will do this automatically for you. If the code is required to be entered, you must ensure this is done before completing the order. We are unable to apply discount codes retroactively.

Our 3 for 2 offer on greeting cards is only valid for those which are full price and excludes any designs within a sale. You must physically place the three cards into your cart to receive the offer and it will then automatically deduct the amount from the checkout before payment is taken.

Please note, promotional codes can only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes, discounts or offers.
