RETURN / EXCHANGE INFORMATION
RETURNING TO STORE
If you would like to return an item in person, you can do this by returning it to our Loughborough HQ. You just need to bring the item in its original packaging / in a resalable condition to our shop front with a proof of purchase. Our shop can then issue you a full refund.

RETURNING AN ONLINE PURCHASE
(IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS – PLEASE REPORT THESE TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT AS WE MAY ASK FOR YOU TO DISPOSE OF THE DAMAGED ITEMS WITHOUT RETURNING)
Our free returns policy is only valid for our UK customers and goods must be sent back within the first 7 days of you receiving your order to receive a refund for the postage paid to do so. This does not impact on your statutory rights and goods can be returned within the standard 30 days if you should change your mind but returns after the first 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for free returns.

ARE ANY ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM BEING RETURNED?
Due to hygiene reasons earrings are excluded from our returns policy, we are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at Ohh Deer.
