COVID-19 update (08/01/2021)

Once your order has successfully been placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. Our warehouse are normally able to process orders within 1-3 working days. At present due to the volume of orders placed during the Christmas period and the team observing Covid secure working principles, our processing time may be a little longer for standard deliveries. Once your order has successfully been dispatched, you will receive an email to advise it's on the way. We thank you for your patience.

Royal Mail and DPD are working extremely hard to deliver all order on time. However, as you can imagine due to the increased volume they are dealing with, it's very likely that some areas of the country will experience a reduced service due to Coronavirus. Unfortunately, this does mean that some orders may arrive slightly later than expected. 

Order processing time is a little longer than normal at the moment, transit times below apply once you've received your dispatch confirmation email. Our transit times do not factor in the processing time, of which starts from when the order is placed

1st Class Delivery - (Estimated transit time 1-3 working days, from dispatch confirmation)

2nd Class Delivery - (Estimated transit time 3-5 working days, from dispatch confirmation)

Next Day - Order must be placed by 14:00, more information below:

  • Orders must be placed by 14:00, any orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the following working day 
  • Next day is available Monday - Friday we are unable to guarantee Saturday delivery. Therefore, orders placed on a Friday will have an estimated delivery of the following Monday.
  • Our working days are Monday - Friday, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday, for delivery Tuesday

We would politely ask that you allow extra time for your order to be received at the moment, as Royal Mail and DPD are unable to guarantee the normal transit times above. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer refund for postage if orders arrive outside of the normal expected time frame, this is something which is completely out of our control. We really appreciate your understanding at this time.
