Some of our products are dropshipped, which means there can be an additional processing time of around 2-5 working days. These are then dispatched separately from the rest of the order and currently affect phone case’s only, but can include cushions and art prints.
We offer a reduced shipping rate for orders placed containing greeting cards only. there is however a limitation on the quantity which can be ordered which is up to 16, there after it will automatically charge our standard rate. transit time can vary depending on the delivery destination.
If our standard or premium delivery is selected at the checkout, we aim to get all orders dispatched within 1-3 working days from when the order has been placed (this does exclude weekends and UK bank holidays). You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped; transit time with our standard service is normally around 3-5 working days and premium being 2-4 working days.
Please note that depending on the value of the order will determine if the consignment has full tracking details.
We offer free standard delivery to all UK customers when the order value exceeds £25. However this must be after all discounts have been applied. These orders are sent on a standard service which has a transit time around 3-5 working days.
For next day delivery you need to have placed your order before 14:00 Monday – Friday; however orders placed on Friday won’t then be delivered until Monday. Orders placed during the weekend or UK bank holidays will be advised at the checkout of the delivery date to expect with this service. Next day orders do require a signature upon receipt, so there will need to be someone present to sign for the goods otherwise you will be left a calling card to arrange re delivery, or collection of goods from the local depot. Deliveries can be anywhere between 7am – 5pm.

We aim to get all orders dispatched within 1-3 working days from when the order has been placed. Ohh Deer’s warehouse is open Monday – Friday however this excludes UK public bank holidays, where we completely close. you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched which is when your specific transit time will take effect.
Your order will be sent on a standard service only, however if the order is above £25.00 this will automatically be upgraded to a tracked standard service so we are able to monitor its progress during transit. we also offer an ‘express delivery’ for the above destinations, prices and transit times are detailed.
Even though our transit time is as accurate as possible, there may be occasions when factors out of our control cause a delay. we therefore ask if you can allow up to 21 working days on the ‘standard delivery’ before we can issue replacements or refund a missing order.
We use a variety of different postal and courier services, depending on the size/value/weight and delivery destination of an order. You will be notified once your order has successfully been dispatched and if tracking is applicable this will be included within the email.
