RETURNING TO STORE
If you would like to return an item purchased in one of our two stores, these must be returned to the same store in its original packaging and resalable condition. you will require the receipt as proof of purchase to obtain a refund for store credit note.

RETURNING AN ONLINE PURCHASE
(THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ITEMS WHICH ARE RECEIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY - PLEASE REPORT THESE TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT SO WE CAN RESOLVE)
Postage will not be covered for items of such which are returned, prior to communication with our team on (email@example.com)
Our free returns policy is only valid for our UK customers and goods must be sent back within the first 7 days of you receiving your order, to receive a refund for the postage paid to do so. This does not impact on your statutory rights and goods can be returned within the standard 30 days if you should change your mind.

ARE ANY ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM BEING RETURNED?
Due to hygiene reasons earrings are excluded from our returns policy, we are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at Ohh Deer.
